Cancellation & refunds

If your request isn't approved

If we or our insurer can't approve your booking, you won't be charged. Any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

If you cancel

If we cancel

If we have to cancel (for example, the vehicle is unroadworthy), we will refund everything you have paid.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
